At Guardian Well & Septic, our mission is to provide reliable, unbiased well and septic system inspections alongside expert septic pumping and maintenance services. Because we focus strictly on the health and longevity of your systems - and do not perform major repairs or installations - there is no conflict of interest or incentive to 'up-sell' unnecessary work. Our goal is to simply provide an honest evaluation of the system based solely on the facts from an experienced, licensed, and certified team, and professional pumping and septic tank cleaning services.

Helping Homeowners Understand and Protect Their Systems

Chad Imme, our owner, is a state-licensed and certified well and septic system inspector who has performed thousands of inspections and septic services throughout the state of Wisconsin. He is a proud member of WOWRA (Wisconsin Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association) and WWWA (Wisconsin Well Water Association). Chad is also an active member of the community and dedicates a significant number of hours each year to continuing education, ensuring he stays at the forefront of onsite wastewater technology and regulations.

Wendy Kurkowski is our client coordinator and the friendly voice you are likely to hear when you call to schedule your inspection or septic pumping service. She has been coordinating well and septic logistics since 2016 and is an expert at securing the proper records needed from both the County and State levels - including the mandatory reports required for your POWTS maintenance notices. Wendy spends many hours outside of the office volunteering in the community and networking with other Real Estate professionals throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
